Editorial Summary: People love this cleanser for being super gentle and hydrating, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. It’s affordable with a big bottle and works well with tretinoin. But heads up—some folks get irritation or feel it doesn’t clean deeply. Or have an issue with its smell. Overall, a solid everyday cleanser if you’re not prone to breakouts or sensitivity.

I love LRP but things are getting so expensive in life that if something dupes well, I'll buy it.
I love this so much. Walmart does it too. My husband isn't too picky but really likes a LRP face wash, but CVS brand is basically the same and better priced. Rocks so hard.
PM: Cleanse with LRP, Apply Tret to face and neck, Apply adapelene to hands, Apply Ambi/HQ to face, neck, arms, and hands, Apply Lipikar AP Baum, Apply CosRx Snail Mucin.
Cleanser: La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser

La Roche Posay Toleriane Caring Wash: This is my HG cleanser. It is non-foaming, nice creamy texture that rinses clean. Never dries me out but effectively cleanses. The only con is that it does have that 'fragrance-free' scent but I prefer that to heavy perfume or essential oils. WRP (HG)
La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser: I use this as a second cleanse at night, and my only cleanse in the morning. This is SO incredibly gentle, pH-balanced, and leaves your skin feeling clean but soft and conditioned. In the US, it's a wee bit more expensive than your traditional drugstore cleansers (i.e. Neutrogena, Olay, etc.) but it's really affordable IMO!
EDIT: Holy crap the La Roche Posay hydrating cleanser is even better than the CeraVe! I don't have to massage it in as long as the cerave to get a clean finish. I get it at walgreens when it's on sale with manufacturer's coupons. I'd say LRP if you have oily skin and CeraVe if you have dry skin.
I switch between Vanicream Gentle Cleanser for a foaming option, and La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser for a lotion base cleanser.
