Editorial Summary: Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream is a pricey but loved moisturizer for dry skin that gives a nice glow and smells great. Some folks get irritated or breakout, and batch consistency seems iffy. Worth trying a sample before dropping big bucks. Small amounts go a long way. If you like luxe vibes, this might be your jam!
Methodology: Analyzed 100 Reddit user quotes from skincare and beauty subreddits including r/Sephora, r/SkincareAddiction, and r/30PlusSkinCare between May 2015 and June 2025, focusing on consumer experiences, benefits, and drawbacks of Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream.

grabbed this one because I’ve been dying to try the Tatcha cream and I love all things FENTY but what a score as a basically GWP on a $22 service. Happy girl over here!
Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream: Broke me out, even in the winter.
I would say that Tatcha - The Dewy Skin Cream is a bump up from Nutrogena without breaking the bank like luxe La Mer. I don’t have super sensitive skin but have struggled with finding a moisturizer that doesn’t burn my skin and I really like this one. Mildly annoyed it’s one of my more expensive products though haha!
The one on the right is how it SHOULD look.
Tatcha - Dewy Skin & Lips Set
The Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream is my moisturizer holy grail lol. It is pricy, but I really like the fragrance and the texture and finish of it are soooo good.

Whoa.... the balmy one is not right. It's more of a traditional cream moisturizer. Honestly, I wonder what that balm actually was...
Well my husband got me the full size for Christmas and I just opened the cream and it’s completely different! The texture is like that of a normal moisturizer. Honestly I think this works better as it seems to absorb more into my skin but I’m just so shocked by the difference!
