I got a NuFace Mini 4 years ago for preventative treatment and to try and get a more contoured look to my otherwise round face. I have often wished I would have gotten the trinity for the versatility and more power, but when I was looking to upgrade I ultimately settled on a Ziip and have been using that pretty consistently for 2 years or so now. I still use the mini but I’d say the Ziip is my primary device and ultimately I like them for different reasons. For me NuFace is good at the sculpting and lifting, but kind of not much else. If I use it consistently I feel like my cheekbones are more pronounced and my lower eyebrow stays more even with its partner. I like that it’s super user friendly, and is flexible in that you can really move it in whatever pattern you want and focus in on the areas you want the most effect. However I don’t like how much it beeps (every 5 seconds), and mine takes FOREVER to charge. The Ziip is also good at lifting and sculpting but it’s definitely more subtle. While the lift isn’t as dramatic I feel like it’s really improved my overall skin texture and tone. I like being able to pick different program settings depending on what my skin feels like, and at this point I don’t really need to follow the videos anymore. It’s very quiet, and only beeps at the beginning, middle and end of a program, and isn’t distracting to use while watching tv or chatting with my partner - I’ve even used it on airplanes because it’s so portable. As far as any discomfort goes I think they’re comparable. If you don’t have enough gel on they’re gonna zap, and it’s definitely more noticeable on the forehead and hairline. I honestly don’t really feel the NuFace anywhere else, but I can definitely feel the Ziip - like muscles in my neck and cheek moving. It’s not painful just weird. I personally like feeling it because I know it’s working! Also I haaaate the NuFace gel, and the ziip ones are expensive but you can pretty much use anything oil free and conductive. I’ve used aloe and straight up ultrasound gel. If I was going to do it over again I would probably stick with Ziip, but I’ve definitely looked at the Myolift lately! Ultimately for me and my lifestyle the non portability is a bit of a dealbreaker on that one though. Sorry this was SO long but I hope it helps!
