TheraFace LED Mask is a premium, open‑eye red/near‑infrared/blue light helmet that brightens skin, softens lines, zaps breakouts and even jump‑starts your morning in 10‑minute hits—if you can handle the heft and the price.

Editorial Summary: Die‑hards brag about smoother texture, smaller breakouts, rosacea chill and even lower facial‑bacteria scores after usage. But it’s a chunky, strap‑fussy helmet, can morph into a $600 paperweight when the battery dies, isn’t HSA‑friendly, and costs way more than a stand‑alone panel. Bottom line: it delivers your 'glow goals' if you’ll lug the weight, baby the charger, and stick with the habit

I bought the Hooga mask and am so upset with the odd shape of it. The forehead area is so low. I have a medium sized forehead and this doesn’t even cover my forehead all the way. I was also hoping that it would reach into/past my hairline to help revive my hair growth. I tried moving it up higher and blinded myself 🫶 0/10 recommend unless you have a 1.5 inch forehead. I should have just got a damn panel.
I slap it on when my alarm goes off and I'm still in bed. The light/warmth helps me wake up. I use it everyday for 10 min.
I always thought you needed to use it on dry, clean skin, so I’ve been using it after I wash and dry my face on weekdays. Then finish the rest of my skincare afterwards.
1. Double wash face (oil cleanse + regular face wash) 2. Air dry face or towel dry 3. Red light mask 4. Regular night time skin care! I keep it pretty simple :)
Filter can’t separate those peepers when she has this mask on. 😆
I have the Therabody one and it seems to be making a difference
I have been using the Therabody mask for a couple months. Had a facial analysis done, was told my face had the least amount of bacteria the tech ever saw. That would be the blue light aspect of my mask working in real time. (I know OPs question was red light, but this is the only positive confirmation I'm 100% sure of).
