BB creams can be great light coverage foundations; I don’t know why they need to be billed as a do it all cream when they’re clearly not. Extra SPF is great, I still never rely on my makeup for sunscreen- nor basic skincare. But there’s a lot of BB creams that I’ve loved as makeup over the years, I use the Dr. Jart+ a couple times a week now.

I wanted to love it before trying it. I use Dr Jart skincare in my rotation. It looks like an easy product to apply to help with my goal of having a less than 10 minute face of makeup. In terms of shades, there are 4 (fair light, light medium, medium tan, and deep tan). I opted for fair light since it is winter. I applied with my face after skincare, no primer. I did not love the color on me. It did go on smoothly, even just using my fingers. It had a weird pink yet grey undertone on me that made me look sickly , so maybe I need the next shade. I applied a light bronzer cream to help with that. I thought it immediately settled in my lines, so maybe I need less product or a primer. I will try again to use it, and tweak a couple of things but my first impression was meh. If it improves, I’ll let you know.

I just switched from It Cosmetics CC cream to Dr. Jart’s BB cream and love it for light makeup days. It offers a decent amount of coverage, contains a serum and has 40spf. It’s also the closest shade match I’ve ever found.

Late 40's here with a teenager's skin. I love Dr. Jart bb tinted moisturizer. It actually goes on best with your fingers and then a quick swipe with a dry beauty blender to even it out. It evens out skin tone but doesn't look overly done.
