Editorial Summary: Loreal True Match Tinted Serum is your lightweight base that glides on smooth and looks like skin. Shade options? Meh, kinda limited. Dropper's a bit annoying. Works great if you want light coverage that’s not cakey and lasts. Not perfect if you’re oily or need lots of shades though.
Methodology: Analyzed 48 Reddit user comments from 18 subreddits including drugstoreMUA, Sephora, and 30PlusSkinCare between August 2017 and June 2018, synthesizing recurring themes and sentiments about the product's performance, shade range, texture, and usability.

Omg are you me? I've had this same exact thought!! I bought the L'Oreal Serum "skin tint".. it was a thick ass foundation!! Same thing with the Maybelline one. And yup, milk makeup now too. The Fenty skin tint is actually a tint in my opinion. I want to try the Ciele and Makeup Forever one.
Can’t comment for wet n wild but the L’Oréal one is great I’ve used it for years. Buildable too if you want more coverage. Only thing that’s not great is the shade range
Both (especially with fair/light shades) have either extremely pink or yellow undertones… like so much so I had to return both. so I can’t say anything about the wear cause I never got to use it but I’d recommend purchasing from a store where you can return stuff just in case. For reference I am fair with neutral/olive undertones
The Loreal is my absolute favorite one. I have oily and combo skin type and own a lot of High End makeup im talking about Dior,Mac,Laura Mercier,Fenty,Makeupbymario,Nars and more. I like it because it does not feel heavy on the skin and even when its a long day my skin still looks like a skin and does not look cakey on me. It is the only Foundation i have a backup of and the only one i actually have used an entire bottle.
I cannot comment on the wet n wild one, but I would have to say depends on where you live and your skin type. The loreal one, sadly, did not work for me. My skin is dry. I live in the desert. It just was not a good one. If you're in the same predicament as me, I would recommend the Maybelline skin tint or if you're okay with a trip to Sephora, the Ilia brand skin tint.
The L’Oreal is my go to!! I have combo, acne prone skin and this leaves me glowy and hydrated (and a MAC foundation pump fits the bottle perfectly so you don’t have to use the dropper applicator it comes with)
L’Oréal True Match Nude-skin tint serum I’m off and on dry and then oily and usually end up pretty shiny no matter what I do, but this melts into my skin nicely. It’s fairly sheer and radiant light coverage though, it just sort of looks like I gently filtered my skin tone.
I’m in love with the L’Oréal! Have combo oily skin and find it offers nice buildable coverage. I haven’t tried the Revlon but I’m also keen to try it. I use light-medium in winter and medium in summer. I’m a neutral with warm golden undertones and find the match to be fantastic. The only thing is when wearing it daily I go through it quite fast.
