I dropped my bottle of skinceuticals shortly after buying it and replaced it with dr brenners They smell the same and seem to have about the same effect. I’d say try dr. brenners for $20.00.

Stability: after I kept my Vit C and ferulic in the fridge, I've been about to use it for months without discoloration. Absorption: I use Dr. Brenner's which is a water base serum. After a morning water rinse, I go to the fridge and apply Vit. C. Have a cup of coffee and the proceed with the rest of my morning routine. It absorbs very quickly for me. I get a slight glow from the ferulic acid and the Vit. E in the formulation.
